โ
Market conditions: Crypto quiets down after Lunar New Year
The crypto market has been difficult lately. The bear market took hold after Lunar New Year, and sentiment has weakened considerably. Whether on DEXs or CEXs, conversations in the community have been gloomy.
For anyone who experienced the extraordinary supercycle from last November through the end of February, the current market may feel particularly unforgiving. But this is not our first difficult market. Those who traded on DEXs before the supercycle may already be familiar with it. Iโm also gradually learning how to get through it.
โ
Onchain Huntersโ past month: Modest gains in a difficult market
Over the past month, onchain analysts have continued to trade despite the difficult conditions. The results may look modest compared with the supercycleโs gains, but I expect there were small profits to be made from the CTOs announced in the gamble channel and occasional DEV launches.
At first, I wondered whether everyone would lose everything. But DEX markets are less synchronized than CEX markets, which seemed to leave some opportunities to make a profit.
โ
Bear market strategy: Keep your targets modest
I always come back to mindset. A 100x or 1,000x winner requires luck. That is why I think it is important to set a target return of 100%โ300% and avoid getting greedy.
I have documented this approach since late 2023 in my guidebook and posts. There are no grand secrets, but you may find a few useful tips.
โ
For newer traders: Focus on learning first
๐ Go to the guidebook
For those who started trading between October and February, this is a particularly difficult period. Volume appears to be recovering somewhat, but jumping in without preparation can easily lead to losses.
Read about my trading approach or look at guides by well-known traders, and take your time to learn. Like a book, the market becomes more interesting the more you study it. Think of it as a stormy sea: learning to navigate before you start rowing is the safer approach.
โ
Closing: Thank you for helping me keep going
The live trading chat used to have more than 3,000 members, but it became difficult to manage. It is now a smaller group focused on people interested in research. Iโm sorry about that. We plan to keep rotating in users who can take part in discussions.
I will continue sharing my thoughts and information through the gamble channel. Iโm just another person trying to get through this market, and Iโm always grateful that you read my posts. Letโs keep going together. ๐
๐ How Are DEX Players Surviving This Hellish Market?
(Above is the 1-month performance of our live trading room.)
โ
Market Vibe: A Quiet Crypto World Post-Chunjie
Lately, the crypto market just makes you sigh, doesnโt it?
Since Chunjie, the bear market kicked in hard, and the whole vibeโs gone flat.
Be it DEX or CEX, all you hear in the communities are gloomy tales.
For those who rode the insane super cycle from Nov last year to Feb, this probably feels like a โjungle from hell.โ
But this isnโt our first rodeo, right?
If youโve been trading DEX before the super cycle, you might already be used to this.
Iโm also learning how to hang in there, bit by bit.
โ
Onchain Huntersโ Last Month: A Modest Survival Story
Over the past month, onchain analysts kept at it despite the tough market.
Not dazzling, but we managed some small wins to get by.
Compared to the super cycleโs flashy gains, it might look tiny,
but I reckon we snagged some profits with CTOs and occasional DEV launches, as shared in the gamble channel.
Honestly, I was like, โIs this the end?โ at first,
but DEX, unlike CEX, isnโt as synced up, so it actually offered some decent opportunities.
โ
Bear Market Survival Tip: Swing Short
The key thing I always stress is mindset.
100x or 1000x jackpots? Thatโs mostly luck.
So I aim for 100%~300% gains and try not to get greedy.
This approach has been my style since late โ23,
all documented in my guidebook and posts.
Check them out if youโre curious!
No grand secrets, but maybe a few handy tips.

To New Traders: Start with โLearningโ
๐ Guidebook(t.me1988)
A word for those who jumped in between Oct and Feb:
This is a really tough time right now.
Volumeโs picking up a bit, but rushing in blindly could backfire.
Take a look at my trading perspective or dig into top tradersโ guides,
and give yourself time to โlearn.โ
The marketโs like a bookโgets more fun as you study it.
Think of it as a stormy sea:
Master navigation before you start rowing.
โ
Closing: Thanks to You, Iโm Still Here
The live trading chat used to have over 3,000 people, but it got chaoticโฆ
Now itโs a smaller group of research-driven folks.
Really sorry about that. (Weโll keep rotating in discussion-ready users.)
Still, Iโm sharing thoughts and info through the gamble channel,
so drop by oftenโitโd mean a lot to me.
Iโm no big shot, just another person hanging on like you,
and Iโm so grateful you read my stuff.
Letโs all tough it out in this jungle of a market together!
