Historically, whenever Meteora dominates, the market oddly falls into stagnation. Meteora is like a “tax” that just sucks up retail traders’ capital, stopping market circulation. For the house (market) to keep running, there needs to be at least some small profit (“crumbs”) left to reinvest—but Meteora doesn’t even allow that cushion.
